Evolution of Evolution Simulator

Functional Description: In the context of the EvoEvo european project we developed an integrated model of microorganisms evolution. This model extends the evolutionary models developped in the team (Aevol and R-Aevol) by adding a metabolic level and an ecosystem level. It includes the genomic, genetic and metabolic levels.
